as for the most effective uarm whitening, this depends on how dark the uarm is. if it's not dark, any thai product relative to uarm whitening would be ok. expect results in about 2-3 weeks of use. aside from whitening, it also smoothens the skin, removing the chicken like pores.
for the fat reducing, as mentioned on my diet solution album and as well as FAQ, it depends on the metabolism and daily routine of a person. if you can send me your age, healthy issues (if there's any) and your target lbs to lose, i might be able to provide a good brand to you.
for the chinese-herbs diet solution and since, as said, the result varies, there are brands where my clients experienced LBM while others had constipation. it really depends. it's a trial and error thing until you find the most suited brand for you.

Hi,
I tried some of slimming products in the market, i had LBM which is expected to some of the slimming products, but there's one product that seems not to have a good effect on me (it's also included in your product list). I experienced severe palpitations around 120-130 beats per minute, weakness,and difficulty of breathing, so i stopped. It's really my 1st time to experienced that kind of feeling and heart rate. About 1 up to 4 days of taking the product, i had already minor attacks of the said symptoms but i still continued it for more days bec. i thought my body was just adjusting to it. Then the symptoms becomes severe, so i finally stopped taking it. The symptoms completely disappeared after almost 3 weeks of not taking the product.

Now my problem is that i became so fat! I'm 28 y/o, 5'1" in height and weighs 70 kgs already!
I really wanted to loose weight, from 52 kgs. i gained a lot after i stop taking slimming products.
I dont have a heart problem and asthma, i have a minor gastritis. Hope you can help me slim down
up to my ideal body weight.
